Leadership and Management for Care Services - NVQ 4

The Leadership and Management for Care Services replaced the Registered Managers Award.   This course is ideal for individuals who are already employed as Managers or Deputy Managers within the care sector.   It will not only assist them to develop their management skills but will also assist them in ensuring compliance with regulations.   

This qualification is a work-based award, which means you will be assessed in the work place performing real work activities.

On completion of this course you will be issued with an OCR certificate.
